Depending on the program you choose to study with us, a Bachelor’s takes just 3 years, and Diplomas or Master’s take 1 year. That’s faster than many international alternatives — so you start earning earlier and maximize your return on investment.
Absolutely. Every program includes a paid international internship, giving you the chance to gain hands-on experience with top industry brands like Four Seasons or Ritz. All students complete a 4–6 month internship and graduate with valuable, real-world experience that sets them apart.
For Bachelor’s: Maturité gymnasiale / Berufsmaturität (or international equivalent). As programs are taught in English, English proficiency (e.g. IELTS 5.5) may be required if prior education was not in English.
For Master’s: A relevant undergraduate degree, ideally with some work experience. Diploma programs have flexible entry routes — reach out to check your eligibility.
For Diplomas: Completed secondary education (Maturité, IB, Abitur, or equivalent). English proficiency (IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 55, or equivalent) is required; otherwise, students may join the English Foundation Program.
It is equally practical but far more diverse. Instead of learning just one chef’s style, you train in 17 state-of-the-art kitchens with chef instructors from around the world.
You don’t just master cooking — you also learn business planning, food development, and luxury marketing. These skills prepare you to own and lead a restaurant, not just work in one.
