This French-speaking Swiss village sits on the shore of beautiful Lake Geneva at the border of France. The campus is home to Apicius–a state-of-the-art culinary facility where students learn, prepare and serve delicious gourmet meals to students, staff, and guests.
Requirements & fees
• Recommended minimum age of 21 years
• Recognized bachelor's degree in any discipline
• English language proficiency of IELTS academic module 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79 or equivalent. If you don't meet the required english level, you can improve your language and study skills with our English Foundation Program.
• Candidates with prior learning from other culinary schools or the workplace may also apply. All applications will be considered on an individual basis.
We highly recommend applying early. If you need a student visa, please be sure to allow 8 – 12 weeks between application and program start date.
